Last Thursday, my hockey trainer decided to do a little bootcamp with my team, to boost up our muscles. It wasn’t hard to do at that time, but I surely feel them aching right now. I definitely think I should work on my body a lot more than I nowadays do, but I usually come up with some stupid excuses to postpone starting a healthy lifestyle. You might have heard of Karl Lagerfeld’s quotation about losing weight “Fashion is the healthiest way for losing weight”. So I might as well use this to start. I mean, wouldn’t it be great to look properly in any outfit? Anyways, something else that I’ve been dealing with lately is feeling very bloated. And although I feel like this quite often, it’s never been as worse as it is now. I haven’t find anything to cure it yet, so I was hoping that at least one of you knows something..
Some positive news that I’d like to share with you is that my test week ended successfully. I haven’t received any of my results yet, but it went better than last years. I’m currently really looking forward to a birthday party that I’m going to attend tonight and a hockey match of a friend that I’m going to watch this afternoon.
