As you can see in the pictures above, I decided to do a little roomtour. I like to have everything ordered and to keep it all very simple. I try to use the same colors for everything as much as possible, so that it all fits well together. However, I’ve got to confess that I did clean up my room a little just before I shot these photos. But this really is what my room looks like most of the time. I think that one of the main reasons why my room looks quite ‘fresh’ is because of all the sunlight that reaches every part in my room. I barely have any shadows and nothing is ‘hidden’. Well, except for my clothes of course. When we first moved into this house, I begged my parents to paint my walls a different color than white, as I was scared that my room would become boring after a while. And although I was pretty pissed when my parents told me that they weren’t going to listen to me, I’m very happy now they didn’t. It allows me to change my room really easily. The only disadvantage my room has, that you might’ve already noticed from the photographs, is that I don’t have a desk in my room. I simply don’t have enough space to place one, resulting that I’ve got to do my homework at the dining table. The idea to show what’s inside my closets came up to me as well, but I’ll need a little more time to overthink that idea. It might get out of hand or be a bit too personal to share with the all of you.
If you had to describe your room with 3 words, which words would you use?
