Summer is just around the corner, so the pressure to work out is getting higher every day. That’s why I signed up at the gym yesterday evening and boosted up my motivation by buying a new pair of trainers. I love them by bits and I can’t wait to wear them. Although they’re really comfortable and could be easily combined with an everyday outfit, I’m going to try to resist the temptation to use them as regular sneakers. I might be heading to the gym tonight for the first time, but I’m a bit scared to face my physical condition..
Any tips/tricks/suggestions/advice?
