Due to sports day, which was yesterday, my leg and butt muscles are aching really badly, and my body is feeling really tired today. Nevertheless, didn’t this stop me from going to the gym, again. I just came back and I’m feeling very energetic again. Every time I finish a workout, I get this huge adrenaline boost, which sets me for the rest of the day. The only misfortune that I’m currently dealing with is a small injury to my calve, which doesn’t seem to recover properly. I’ve had it for about a week now, so I really hope that the pain will go away soon..
